Default Project Venom Cobra bumper

I did a trial fit to make sure that it actually fits and it does. The mounting locations are not right on but its expected and easy to correct. I noticed the the bumper is not as flexible as the stock one and is heavier that stock due to it being thicker. It is the same distance from the floor as the stock bumper with chin spoiler so I will not be adding a chin spoiler unless my ride height increases with new suspension. I put back on the stock bumper as I will not be painting the stang now. Note:I did not fasten the bumper so the sides of the bumper will be tucked in and not flaring out like in the pics.

Sweet man, but uhh it looks like the chin spoiler is already part of it, make sure they paint that part black, also be sure they paint the bezels which look to me (like the chin spoiler) permanently attatched

I am going to paint the two bumpers just in case my new one gets messed up later on. Its kind of hard to like the 03 since its not painted but trust me that bumper with the Griggs hood is going to look awesome. I personally dont like the crappy foglights that come with the Gts more for looks than functionality. When its complete then you can better judge but one thing is for sure this will be one of a kind. Plus its going to be fun to see the faces on Cobra owners .

What are you smoking or did you get some bad #$%^. There is no way a complete car paint job will cost you $900 and last more than 2 years.

What bothered me was the sides of the bumper which stuck out and you can see from this pic. It should go in about 3 in more but I did not want to make wholes in the bumper so I can leave that for the body shop to do. Trust me if it does not look good after all is said and done I will not leave it on and thats part of the reason why I am going to paint the original bumper.
