Default How Do You Clean MF Towels?

I've got tons of microfiber towels because I will use a towel once or twice and then never use it again. After using them to wipe off the wax I am afraid they have dirt or too much was build-up on them and just put them in a bag. It seems you can only wash them with other microfiber towles because every time I've had one end up in the wash they come out with stuff stuck in them like crazy. I have used hot water and dish soap before to clean some but I was wondering what you guys do.

All of mine are color coded and get washed separately. So Ive got a bunch for polish removal, wax, sealant, interior, windows, door jams, etc. I use MF detergent, wash in warm water with an extra rinse cycle, then tumble dry on low.

Yes they make a detergent just for them...

That is what I use and it works great. No need to separate,I wash all of them at the same time and have been doing it for years.

I just do a small load of just my MF towels once I use them all up. I use regular ALL detergent and I have no problems here.

Man... $15.99 for a tiny little bottle. I might just use a regular detergent and put it on delicates.

Most MF manufacturers say not to use regular detergent, not really sure why, but they do. The Cobra MF detergent will last for months, unless you clean a lot of cars, it only takes like one, maybe two cap fulls for a full load.

I had no idea they made a detergent just for MF towels, birthday gift I guess. That bottle will probably last me at least a year or two considering how many MF towels I have. I buy [cheap ones] in packs of 25. Thanks for the help.

I don't know how I feel about having to use MF only detergent. I feel like its a scam to make you buy their products. I will stick to regular detergent and only wash them alone with other MF items and on delicate.

I thought the same way until I tried it last year.It makes them more soft and clean than regular detergent.
