Default SN95 Hood Question

I am looking for a OEM flat hood for my 02 GT. Flat meaning no scoop. My hood is the GT w/scoop and if you take the scoop off you have the inverted scoop like you see on the V6's. Does this even exist? Thanks Bubba

I'd say best bet would be to get a small cowl hood or maybe a newer v6 hood, find someone with an 03 or 04 not sure which model sixx has the backwards hoodscoop,, but im sure u'd like it, and im sure they'd have no problem trading you becuz personally i like the hoodscoop.. But im not sure if theres just a plain o'l hood. thats prob the best look u'll find tho.

I believe the 04 40th Ann. V6 is the one with the reverse facing scoop. It could be all 04's, but I don't think any older ponies had them....

This is the closest to flat that you'll get with an oem hood.

01 Cobras and 03/04 v6 Mustangs had the reverse scoop hoods I think.
