Default Cervini's Window Scoops

I have a 2008 mustang and have purchased the Cerivini's Window Scoops from american muscle. Does anybody know if that 3M tape will hold them on when i drive down the highway because i don't want to have them blow off and waste my money.

Thanks

Iam assuming the duble-sided tape is already applied to the louvers. If thats the case, make sure the windows are clean. If you can, start each piece of tape by pulling an inch or so of the backing off, and fold it towards the outside edge. Lightly tack it in place...and if you don't do it lightly, you will only get one chance. Once in place, pull the rest of the backing off. Then, just go around the edge and make sure it's pressed down good.

As for your question, that Mustang (nor mine) will not go down the highway fast enough to worry about it.

Don't they use 3M tape normally???
I thought pretty much all louvers use 3M tape...even my stock Cobra side scoops are held on with 3M tape.

Yes they do. Door side mouldings, vent shade things, hood scoops, etc. are held on by 3M double-sided tape.

i bolted mine down with chrome screws from the outside, but it matches cosmetically and in the grand scheme of the car, but i dont know what your plans are or your color scheme are for your car.
