I have a 2001 gt with the indash cd changer. Needless to say the dam thing jammed up on me. I damaged the unit trying to remove the cd's. So I called to see what a replacement cost and was told 800 bucks. So I went lookin on craigslist and a guy had one out of a 2004 and when I went to pick it up I tried to plug it up to make sure it works. And my plug's did not match the back of the unit. So my question. Is there a harness kit that I can buy to make it work? If not then I guess I will have to buy after market.

 

Go after market man. Mine went down the **** hole too. Used to love it till it started jamming constantly and found out from others its a pretty common things, now I hate the thing. The first couple jams I was able to remove the faceplate and the realign the discs, but now it just won't read them at all... I liked the idea of 6 cds, but an ipod adapter seems so mush better now.
