Default JBL W10GTI

I have recently gotten a free jbl w10gti that i had to do a little work to but it still works. my question is will it be loud enough for me to hear it in my car with the top down and up?? stats are 600RMS 3000Max i am building and took about a week and a half to design a two foot cubed box, with out sub in it, ported and tuned to 25 hz. its a very tight fit in my small trunk because the convertible.. but right now i will push it with a 450 mono block alpine and eventually get the proper amp. do yall think it will be loud enough to hear??

yea it will for sure be loud enough to hear, that is a good sub, i have a convertible myself and am about to put a sub in it, do you know how you are gona run ur wires to ur trunk? i have hooked up a lot of systems in many vehicals including stangs, but never a convertible, i have not taken a real close look at it yet but was wondering if i have to take out the back seat or the back side panels or what in order to get the wires through

i already have one amp hooked up i will run a new wire to get the other. but its easy. just pull the bottom seat out and then when you run your wire you have to fish for it behind the back panel in the trunk.. its kinda hard to find the wire sometimes but its the easiest way i have found with out having to tear the car apart to run them. it also looks clean. because you can slide any slack back behind the back piece to hide it.
