Default Headlight Clearing!!!

So when i was 14 i was big into xbox modding, so i took my knowledge of plastic clearing that i learned from that and applied some foggy headlights. It is still a work in progress but its still a big difference.

This is the passenger side headlight which is what both headlights looked like before i started doing the work.

Here is what it looks like as of now, still have a bit of work to do on it though.

They look like they are scratched to ****. Wet sand them, or buy new ones.

Ok, posts like this trip me out. you mention your knowledge of plastic cleaning, yet dont mention what you used to clean it, or anything to share that "knowledge" whatsoever. im sure there are plenty of people who would have been interested in what process you used to do this, but as it stands now this is a "hey look what i can do" self exposure/glorifying thread. if all youre looking for is a place to brag im not sure this is where you should be posting

Just be prepared to spend a good amount of time working on them. That alone took me about an hour hour and a half to do.

Yea... its called a comparison. The passenger side is untreated, and the drivers side is treated. are you retarded?

A picture should be taken of the same headlight, before and after.

This write up certainly is taking awhile. You should be much further along then you are after 1 hour. Are you doing this all by hand? Is there any wet sanding involved here?

We have several threads about clearing up the headlights already anyway. But I would like to see the steps you took.

Theres a headlight restoration kit at Autozone that you can buy. It works decent, it attachs to your cordless drill.

Much easier to buy new headlights. ha.

No wonder why. You need to wet sand them, then buff using a machine. You'll easily have both of them done within an hour.
