Default paint repair! HELP! 03gtmustang, im looking at you! :)

i've got a spot where a layer of paint has peeled off, not down to the metal or anything. when it happened i could still see another layer of yellow paint underneath. I tried to put touch up paint over it (noob) as a quick fix but i know this isnt the right way to make it look right.

how can i get this looking like new again (if possible)?

EDIT: grrr hang on for pics

Touch ups are hard to do correctly. Here is a write up, http://www.autopia.org/forum/click-b...-56k-owie.html
