I have a 2002 Mustang GT...


So my mach 1000 System sux. I was never really satisfied with how it sounded. I didnt like how the bass sounded like it was Muzzled...And to add to that..My front left Door speaker rattles now and 1 of my CD's is stuck in the deck and I cant get it out at all now. So, What aftermarket system do you have now? do you like it? can you refer it to me? I just want a BASIC system...nothing major..Similar to a stock system..but sounds more CLEAR and a bit louder...

 

well i really like my stereo. it is just a kenwood cd deck, rockford fosgate punch amp, and 1 JL audio 12" sub. sounds pretty ballin, few neighbors were at the gas station when i pulled in once and they were like " wtf do you have in there? everytime you come by i can hear the bass in my house" ha. lol. i also have 4 kenwood tweeters and 4 kenwood 6x9's but dont have em in. just thekenwood cd deck, rockford fosgate punch amp, and 1 JL audio 12" sub. but i sold all that stuff for 300$ for other stuff for the car. but in awhile im getting a cd deck, the amp i had, and a solo-baric kicker sub. should sound pretty good. but thats all my opinions.

 

Eclipse deck for me. I've had it for 8years and in 5 cars now...it has never had one malfunction.

 

i made my subs myself.....i kinda like audio :P

current car i got stock and gave my whole system to my brother in his grand am for 300 bucks. i woulda done it for free but, i needed some money. everything i had was alpine. 4K in audio alone(which in realitivity isnt that much)

all you gotta know is you get what u pay for. the mach 460 costs more cuz its better then the other option...theyre decent speakers, just get some subs and an amp. ul be fine after you set that up

 

I bought a poineer deck for my first car..... 4 cars and almost 3 years later still running like a champ and sounds good n the mustang. And if you end up instaling it yourself jus make sure you get the right adapter since you have the mach sound, and dont forget the stoc amp remote wire

 

I like Kenwoods with Blaupunk speakers.
