Default Two problems, need solutions

So I have a headlight/tail light issue, ive got some pics to comepare, hopefully there in order.

The first is the passenger side headlight - all is well there.
The next is the driver side - wtf is all that caked on ****? its on the outside btw.
The third is that mid tail light, looks almost like its getting the same **** as the headlight.
The last are some really dark spots on the hood, no clue what they are.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thats odd that only the right one is messed up. Try Wet Sanding it, if not, you can pick up a OEM pair for like 200 dollars.

Headlight fix- http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=181134 Not sure what the spots on the hood are. Id try an ISO wipe down, then clay if that doesnt work.

Yeah my darn drivers side headlight has the same problem as well, and the passenger is perfect. What the hell did ford do! But I am planning on having them wet sanded here shortly, because I cant see much at night as it is with my eyes, and then this doesnt help and then gonna put some of those silverstars in there and see who I can blind!
