Effin A!!!!
Well boys, even though I'm fuggered up (broken arm), I can still have some fun. A friend of a friend of mine, knew how to drive a 5 spd, so we took my car out to the Nashville Super Speedway on Saturday for a car show, and some other cars were on the track running really fast.
Anyhow, finally got a pic of me and my Mustang together, they had a photo thing when you pull in where you stop they take your pic and then you park your car, and you go over to the tent, and you find your car, write down the #, and give it to the lady, and she has you select a background, and then they print it off on 17x22" high gloss paper. The pic was hi-resolution, and it came out great...only thing I wish I would have done different, was roll up the window, and get out of the car before they took the pic, but oh well...I will get another one done later.
Then at 12:30 they did a Mustang Parade of 4 laps around the track, and my driver drove, and I rode in the passenger seat, and it was pretty awesome! They had some S-Curves below the turns on both ends of the track, that we got to go through, then we got to open it up on the 2 straight aways, and man it felt good! My adrenaline was pumping even though I was only riding along, it was still fun!
There was also a really nice 67 Shelby GT500 that was Candy Apple Red w/ White Racing Stripes, and this thing was absolutely immaculate!!!
I will have some pics up later, as soon as my friend emails them to me.
