should i?? my friend got some for his black 97 gt (cobra hood) and i have a 2000 stock hood ... i kinda wanted appearence ones (i think the ones with the cords) b/c im not sure i want to drill through the hood. i think it will make the stock hood look better

 

Go for it, (ones w/ cords). Doesn't look bad and if you don't like it later, you can always take 'em off.

 

I am not sure. With your car...it looks good and sleek all by itself. I don't think I would like hood pins on your body style. On the new 05+ I think it would nice and give it the classic look. Plus yeah you are right. I am not sure about drilling through the hood. What about the 3M backed ones?

yeah if i was goin to get some i would want the ones with the cords ... any one know where i can get cheap ones?? the only ones ive seen have been like $65 and i dont know why they would be that much more expensive than the real ones
