2000 Gt Hood Scoop`

My y2kgt has a hood scoop that is kinda sunk into the hood. I have seen other 2000 gt with a raised hood scoop. Is that an OEM option or aftermarket/ Where can I buy one?

Search google or ebay for "mustang hood scoop" They'll typically cost over $100(not too sure why), but make sure you shop around to find the best price.

aftermarket....click here and scroll down a lil..the scoop will be in the right column.....not worth the 180...just get an aftermarket y2k cobra hood....or a cowl hood..they look sick

Installed one on my car, was a real pain in the *** drilling the holes and they do not come with a template, i would just buy an aftermarket hood

Oh and they do come factory with the scoop, you can buy a hood from ford with the holes drilled already but a waste of money imo

try to find someone in your area that is selling there stock 01-04 hood, it will be alot easier that way
