Default Nls?

I talked to a local mustang specialty shop about nitrous kits for the 05 v6. They said I'd have to use a "general" NLS kit. Anyone have any comments about this brand?

It'd be a big help--thanks.

Only use something specific for your car. Only use name brands:

NX
Venom
Edelbrock
ZEX

perhaps he said "NOS" I dunno he had a thick southern accent. very knowledgable, though.

are the four brands you listed the only ones to go with? what would be the drawback of using a "general" system besides the obvious answer "it's not designed specifically for your car."

I mean, how would a general system actually do something bad to my car if I used it correctly and got a window switch and stuff?

BTW this guy also said I'd be cool running a 100-shot on stock v6 timing. I know many guys in here say stick to 75 or less.

100 would be pushing it 75 or 50 is safest bet
