Not to be a dick, but can't you keep this all in 1 post? LOL

Good luck though, Spike should be able to help and who ever else.

Have you pulled the lines have a buddy hold them into a cup or something with a glove on, and activate the solenoids with the bottle on.

Also are you sure the jetting is correct..it sounds like you're hitting a sensor and the jetting is too rich or lean..

Also you should really put the warmer and everything on a different fuse..it sounds like its just drawing too many amps..

As far as the popping I'll almost bet that you're jetted too lean..had that issue with me... try to fatten the shot up a little bit..maybe by 1-2 jet sizes.

The motor starts popping? like small backfires?

Are you using a Hobbs switch aka fuel pressure safety switch?

You don't know if you installed a fuel pressure safety switch.

Does it look like this:

If so those cause all kinds of problems. And me I hated mine so much that I got rid of it after about 4 days of trying to make it work right. Been great ever since as long as the fuel system is good.

That's what it sounds like to me, unless the motor is actually backfiring in the motor or exhaust, which you never answered me about.

maybe a weak fuel pump? I'd still re-check all of the nitrous wiring and run a separate power wire from the battery to power the relays.

So you blew the intake manifold not using nitrous, impossible. I am willing to bet you wired the fuel noid wrong and it was constantly spraying fuel into the intake manifold. Don't worry its happened before.

Did it really blow and break the manifold or did it just backfire? I have had a few small backfires in the manifold that never hurt it.

That's an entire different issue. That's your full plastic intake manifold getting the very common breakage right there. That's the reason Ford went to a metal coolant crossover in the late01-04 GT's. Looks like its time for an upgrade to a PI intake manifold with a metal coolant crossover. You get a better manifold that won't do that and you get some more HP too, win/win if you ask me. You also need to figure out whats up with your nitrous kit.

Did you test the nitrous noid to see if its spraying actual nitrous out when you tested it? or did you test it with the bottle closed.

+1 on what spike said..have you ran a test spraying the nitrous/fuel mixture into a bottle or something to be sure they are working correctly..

As I previously asked and got no response..

I'm going to say you aren't getting any nitrous to the system..

Is your bottle filled up? =)

You need to test them both hooked up to make sure they are working at the same time.

im not 100% sure .... i think the car had nitrous on it befor because there where holes no mount the bottle and you can tell someone tapped into the coil , but as far as i know its stock pump but there is an adjustable fuel pressure regulater and there was a fuel presssue gauge on the fuel rail . `

I would be worried about what fuel pump is in the car before I sprayed it with a 125hit.

Its hard to say without seeing the 60' and trap speeds and knowing the weather conditions and elevation. You have to keep in mind you have a shitty non PI headed motor so its not gonna run the times us PI headed cars run. Still I would of though you would have a better time.
