I get what the kit does and I know that if you don't have one you will be rich for a sec before the liquid nitrous gets to the motor but on a scale of 1 to 10 how bad is that.

1 being no harm

10 being you will burn in the flames of unpreparedness

Its not a big deal at all. And after the first hit of nitrous your lines will be full and ready to rock and roll. I don't have one and haven't for this whole time I have had my kit. I did however just get one from a friend for free from helping him sell his old nitrous kit.

dude, if you are getting a bottle warmer, why would you not get a purge kit??? i mean, i don't know a lot about nitrous kits, but i know that a performance shop near me doesn't even do a nitrous install without a warmer and a purge kit.

The warmer makes sure that you are at about 1k for bottle pressure so you don't run rich the whole time if you are to low you will just waste n2o the purge kit clear the line which is only important for say the first run at the track and if you want to spray on the street it only takes a split second for the liquid to get through the lines so you run rich for almost no time at all.

as far as I know proper bottle pressure is way more important than a purge kit

A bottle heater is way more important than a purge kit. If you were a bracket racer then a purge kit would be a must. Otherwise its not needed unless you want to spend the cash on it.

8 full good passes, then it starts to weaken off a bit.
