Nitrous Purge Ideas...where to mount vents
I have a Nitrous Express dual line purge kit for my system. Haven't installed it yet. Do you guy's have any creative ideas where to mount the vent line(s)? Any pics of what you have?
Also, doesn't some company sell a running pony grille emblem that vents nitrous from its nose? Thought I saw this in a magazine last year??
Thanks

You could run the line to the front near the horse so it looks like he is doing that. Some people do it out the side of the fenders through the emblems or the classic cowl vent style one. If I ever get one, it will just be the classic out the cowl vent.

Once I get a kit I will be putting it out of the cowl. Out of the front grill and side emblems is cool, but it limits when you can purge in my opinion. Straight up out the cowl you can purge whenever you want.

My car is a 99 GT w/ running pony grille emblem. I like the look of the front Cobra emblem for the purge vent(like the black car pictured above). Can I install that on my car(will it bolt right up?). I don't care that it will be the wrong emblem for my car...just think it looks cool.

I had mine set up like this on my v6. I went for the cowl because i didnt have to drill any holes, nor run purge line furthur away because my solenoids were right there, but my other perferred location would have been out of the fenders like the one above.

I went out of the fakeass little scoop deal the v6 hood has. Til I blew the shitty plastic lines out.
Didn't matter you can't see the holes really now.. but if I were you, i'd pick up some flexible copper tubing, if you don't already have it, and use that so you don't go blowing tubes into your engine bay.
