Default ProCharger In , Major trouble

Just went for the tune after I installed my 11 psi 3 core intercooledProCharger(260 rwhp,260 ft lbs torque. There was no problem on the Dyno as all pulls were in 3rd gear. Now the car slips when downshifting into second ( when at full throttle), It will also slip when shiffting up into second from 1st,After slipping, it chugs ? along until it shifts. This car has less than 30,000 miles and now this. I spent thousands. The tuner feels bad, and so does the dyno shop./ Right now I feel sick to the stomach. I can still drive the car, but like an old man. You can smell the clutches burning. Checking the dipstick does not show burnt fluid.

Don't know where to go from here.
It's an 02 v6 (automatic), and I purchased it when it was less than a year old. The line pressure was increased. My tuner is going to check his program with Diablo on Monday, just in case he has missed something. This is the first car he has ever had this problem with. He is well known here ,and in fact teaches Automotive Engineering. Can I get the tranny beefed up cheap ?
Took the car to a tranny shop, and they did not believe that the trans is cooked. , I am still not sure. They felt that the tune was confusing the shift points and that possibly 2? solenoids were opening causing the trouble. I returned the car back to stock tune and it runs like s--t, black smoke, stalling etc. It ran ok b4 on the stock tune as it has the lightning maf,svt fuel pump and 39lb injectors. So what now? Maybe the plugs are fowled?. This time that EGR tube is coming out, makes plug changes nasty.

It ran fairly well with the stock tune. The air/fuel gauge showing rich, but no black smoke. Tonight I am going to have a look at the plugs. My tuner did look at every variable on the transmission. He is going to send Diablo a copy of the tune that he made, to see what they say.

.
.
The car is barely running now. Any help/suggestions are very appreciated.

Sorry, It ran well on the stock tune, b4 the dyno tune. After I deleted the dyno tune ,to try and prove the problem in the custom tune, the car is now running poorly on the stock tune also. Makes me think that something has failed.

Well if there is a failure the car would toss a code and tell you. It sounds like the tuner did something wrong with the tranny and it doenst like it at all. If the fluide smells burnt and wasnt doing it before hand he did sometihng wrong. It shouldnt slip with the power your making there are Gt's making way more power without sliping.

260 rwhp with an automatic. The tranny fluid smells fine.

ouch...those numbers are not what i would expect from an 11psi procharger

teal beast made 300hp with his 11psi procharger on his 98 which has less power than our newer models

unless your running a conservative tune...

Not sure, but my tuner is checking with Diablo to see if there is some underlying code causing the problem.

The Dyno was stating 325 at the crank. This is in line with Prochargers estimats. Standard shift cars are putting out 15-20 more hp.

YOu should get him to reburn the chip/tuner with stock tranny setting and see if it clears up. Also dont bother raiseing the line pressure its not good for your tranny a simple valve body mod like the j-mod will make it shift firmer and faster. and add a tranny cooler please. Your tranny will thank you.

I really belive this is a problem with your tuner and you need to get him to fix it asap.

Ditch the auto and toss in a stick shift......

TR-3650 will do. Add a new ECU, and tune reflash. Youll thank me later......

We're tossing around "toss" too much.
