Question help me spend my money and do this right

just bought a procharger p1sc kit, a set of FR 42# injectors, a steeda tri ax shifter, a new 5 speed tranny rated for 500lbs trq, set of 18 x 9.5" and 275's (rear and some 255's for the 18 x 9"s up front, and a jenna jameson bobble head doll for my dash, the car already has mac full length headers into a offroad H pipe w/ no cats and O2 eliminators into flowmaster series 40's (****ING LOuD OH MY GOD PLEASE PULL ME OVER RIGHT NOW CUZ ITS SO DAMM LOUD!!!), a 4.30 rear end (maker unknown, already done when I bought it) March underdrives, a boost guage, fuel mix guage, and a dual pod a pillar kit.

I got the tranny cuz 3rd gear was trashed in the old tranny with only 45k miles on it, its going in now along with the tires and rims the procharger should be here this week , 2 core cooler.

heres the question what else should I by now to make this a easy instalation and tune, do I need a timing adjustor or will a diablo let me change my timing, the kit comes with a custom burned chip, but should I use it, is the diabo all its cracked to be? wil a new TB and MASS Air be wanted (bigger and what size?) new 42# injectors, should I upgrade the pump and/or rails? I need a shopping list of what else I will need or definatly want.

Im shooting for 400 ponys and a fun ride, I know I should not go much more on a stock motor with 45k on it

will the underdrive pullys affect the boost on the procharger?

help me out guys

First off, youll want to get rid of those pullies. They will change your boost and its usually recommended that you have stock pullies with a forced induction setup. Your 4.30 gears are also really steep for a supercharged application. Id recommend 3.73s or 3.90s so you dont have a burnout machine that hits redline everytime you give it any sort of gas.

Your diablo tuner can adjust your timing so no manual timing adjuster should be needed. a bigger throttle body/plenum will help with horsepower but its not needed. You should use a bigger mass air flow. What kit did you get? The mongoose kit from MPH? you wont need to upgrade your fuel rails but you do need a higher flowing pump. SVT Focus has a great pump and you just use the inards of it and put it in your mustang casing and you are good to go.

I think thats it...
With whats listed, 400 rwhp shouldnt be a problem reaching and youll want to stay right about there to prevent future problems. With our cars, 400rwhp is generally where you should stay at with stock internals.

underdrive pulleys cannot be used with the procharger
need a 90mm lightning maf of SCTbig air maf
Focus SVT pump (if you have the money then def get 03/04 Cobra tank AND pumps)
Diablo will work fine, but SCT is usually more common for tuners, this will do the timing for you.
Acufab 75mm TB/Plenum would help for another 10-15RWHP

To be honest, with all that stuff you bought, ang the money it cost, to me I hope you know a little more than the questions you asked

I've always done all my own work,....on late 60's muscle cars with big fire breathing carbs and my vette, so help a newb out,

If you really want a challenge, then go ahead and switch out rotating assemblies for a forged one. Give 12psi on ur procharger and you got a very quick yet manageable 450RWHP stang at your feet.

cost and ease of doing it?I can change my crank rods and pistons in my 68 camaro without even pulling the motor....thats not going to happen here is it? I dont need 450 whp, and to get into forged internals I know I will end up doing the heads, cams and spending way more than I wanted, thats why I just went with the procharger...I got the entire setup for 2500on ebay (new head unit and belt, new injectors, everything else used for 5000miles, fella went turbo) so let me get this straight....you are all saying buy the following...

1. stock pullys
2. diablosport predator
3. SVT focus fuel pump

what about the following?

recomend a spark plug...what heatrange and brand, I love my bosch 4 prongs, but what now?

were should I set my timeing right out of the box once its all installed?

will the new injectors plug right into the OEM harness and lines?are these "boost pipes" and power pipes worth a ****?

will I need to replace any gaskets or parts when doing the install?

how will my facory ignition hold up with all the added fuel and air?

The recommended spark plus starts with an "n" but cant think of it now.
Power pipes are nice, i believe one of the few that will fit the Procharger is the Anderson Power Pipe
I'm not sure how or if you can set timing urself with the Diablo, I have SCT so not to familiar

Youll need NGK BR7EF plugs.

Buy stock pullies, Put an Aviator Fuel Pump on it w/ a Kenne Bell BAP. Put 3:73 gears in it. I bet you hate how it drives on the interstate.........I would also build the rearend If I were you. Put 31 Spline axles in it with an Eaton diff while your at it.

Also I would really get it dyno tuned after you change all those things. You may or may not make 400whp with the procharger chip. You could prolly push it a little more than 400 if you have it dyno tuned. It may fix any problems with the A/F ratio if you need it.

I'd go with NGK TR6 plugs. I think the box number is 4155.

the chip that comes from procharger is crap good enough to drive around on but not recommended for hard driving.

get a sct x cal 2 with a custom dyno tune, lightning maf, svt focus pump, ngk br7ef plugs gapped to .035, 75mm t/b and plenum, stock pullies, id also recommend a powerpipe for your setup. all that stuff should get you 400 on 93 octane. for the powerpipe look up kauffman motorsports for a custom 4 inch you have to call.
i bought a complete kit not too long ago and made 408 hp with a automatic my tuner dropped the timing so i dont blow up my motor. i dont even have long tubes or a aftermarket mid pipe. all stock besides 75 t/b, accufab plenum and magnaflow cat back.
