I think people purchased a ton of guns and ammo cause there is a good chance the dems will started taxing them like they do cigs....with the hope people will just stop buying the products cause they are too expensive. I don't know if that's true, just my opinion. I have no issue with people owning guns, it's the assholes that live in places like Oakland who do nothing but use guns to kill innocent people that clouds it all.
I'm not sure Obama will touch the gun issue right now cause the last thing he wants to do is split his own party right now when he needs every vote possible for everything he is trying to do. |

And if it wasn't for my car, a nice .30 bolt action would have been in my house. Hopefully this summer I can save for a M1A (M14) or an 03 Springfield. Or if I hit rich, a nice Krag.

here where i live you cannot even find ammo anymore. ive been having trouble finding certain shit, especially shotgun rounds. everyone is buying as much as they can. If you do come across a box or two of ammo buy that shit immediatly. at least in texas anyway

Just picked up a new toy BTW... number 160-something. My dad found it in a pawn shop in oregon. Browning BLR in .270 with a nice Leupold on top. Picked it up for <300 bucks. I'll pick that up some time this summer. Gunna use that for deer season this year.
