Does this bother you?
Obama video
I know its only a few months, and I'm not one to judge so early, but come on.. This isn't a freaking joke. |
Scuze me one sec i gotta dish out the award to captain obvious there. And Iraq is more than a serious issue, it should be next to our top concern. I plainly dont like Obama, not because hes black, but just because i dont trust him.
|
Nope, doesn't bother me at all. It's very obvious he is taking the financial crisis seriously or else he wouldn't be doing anything at all. People will agree/disagree with his policies, but he's doing what he thinks is best for the country. I personally don't think he was laughing because he thinks the situation is funny, he was laughing in my mind because that's what people do when their heads are about to explode from trying to deal with so many problems. ha ha ha.
I just don't pay attention to these types of situations because it just because political mud slinging over nothing. Oh, Deathdisesel because you pointed out that you don't like Obama, not cause he's black.......probably means you don't like him cause he's black. ha ha ha |

He's doing a great job |
I dont think it really bothers me. I did not Vote for Obama but he is our president and needs all the support he can get. I really hope he turns this country around and out of the financial crisis. I am a Conservative but that does not mean i wont support the President. His Special Olympics thing did not bother me. I have a cousin who is Mentaly handicap. These are tough times in the USA and i think we need to stop picking at everything everyone does and chillax alittle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't even bother paying attention to the whole thing anymore. Politicians aren't looking out for us anymore, they're looking out for their own back pockets. Obama isn't the great and magical fairy tale "superman" that the media has led everyone to believe, but if it helps them all sleep better at night, I guess that's good. |

I dont know how you can hope he fails. Do i agree with all the money he is spending and just giving away? Hell no but I dont want him to fail cause that means this country will be worse off then we already are.

He needs none of our support. He is doing a horrible job already, and has already sky-rocketed the debt so high that the Chinese are worried we won't pay them back. And we didn't even finish the first year! If he wants my support, he needs to do the right thing and cut the budget and spending, not set new record highs. I'm w/ Rush, I hope he fails. Better to have a Carter than a FDR.

No, if he fails, that means he doesn't get re-elected. Him failing and the country failing are two different things. While both can lead to one another, there are not one in the same. If him failing results in the country failing, so be it. Better to have a quick and painless death than a painful and prolonged one. That's where FDR screwed up.

It's not like there is a quick fix for this economy. He's only been president for a few months. Do you guys really want to bring Bush back? He did such an awesome job too. I know I know, you guys blame Clinton for all the stuff that is wrong and it wasn't any of Bush's doing. If that is true, why the hell didn't Bush do anything to fiix it? You guys can all talk about how bad they are doing and what needs to be done, but when all is said, you have no idea until you are actually in the presidents shoes.

Blame Clinton nothing there is documentation showing his administration could have prevented this and were asked to but he did nothing. Bush didn't do anything to help it either I'll give you that but Obama's policy of throw brand new money at absolutely everything except the taxpayers won't help anything.

OMG Obama diddnt fix the wolrd in 3 months!
Holy shit! The Clinton Administration caused an opening for this big real estate bubble The bush administration blamed the economic problems on the clinton administration, yet refused to do jack shit about it, instead they just decided to distract people with a rediculous war so they could dump the whole pile of shit on the Obama administration. Now for some reason our entire economic crisis is the fault of a man who has been in office for 3 months. Its funny how people decide to leap onto the HATE OBAMA bandwagon because he hasnt fixed the damn problem in 3 months, while the buch administration diddnt do FUCKO about it for 8 YEARS. lol This si why i refust to associate with either party. If both sides would spend half the time fixing the problem that they spend on finding ways to blame eachother, everything would be cool. here is a little perspective on "trillion" http://www.pagetutor.com/trillion/index.html |
that bitch ass fo is just putting us more in debt
i dont know why in the fuck they voted him for president....i mean you could even tell b4 he became president that all he was saying is wat the people wanted to hear and now that he is president he isnt doin shit i hope they boot his ass out |

I think he is trying to do too much in the 3 months he has been in office, I think that is the problem.
Just focus on the economy first and the war first, please. Of course Bush was partially to blame for the economic collapse, but then again everyone has to take responsibiliy, *cough* BARNEY FRANK *cough*. We all know how that went. It's not like the democratic party hasnt had any say in Congress the previous two years.:rolleyes: |
lol, this is funny.
It can't ALL be blamed on Obama, this whole mess has been compounded for years and years, before Bush, probably getting fired up near the beginning of Clinton's administration. America needs to learn the right way to live again and hopefully this will help knock us back flat on our asses. WE, as in all of us need to learn to live within our means, as in, if you can't afford the car/truck/house/insurance payment, don't sign on the dotted line. If you can't afford the credit card payment at the end of the month, keep it in your wallett or shred it. All of these people knew what they were risking on these ARMS and all of these other "gimme something for free" loans. I'm just sick of people blaming everyone but themselves, if you bought that house that you knew you couldn't afford if the interest rate increased then YOU made a bad decision. Now, I think the Obama administration is coo coo, they seem to think they can "fix" the economy by throwing away billions of dollars to places like AIG is going to "stimulate" the economy.. bah! The only reason why these companies are getting bailed out is because that money is making it's way back to the politicians pockets in one way or another. |
If Obama had fixed the economy in 3 month I would proclaim him the savior or some shit like that. I didn't expect anything by now and I don't think he or anyone could fix it in 4 years maybe 8 but the crazy amount of spending that is going on with absolutly not accountability just shows poor planning his administration was in such a hurry to do something that they didn't give a damn what it was
|
yup....thats why i dont go buy casr/houses that i cant afford :p

But let's get real now. I don't think people care whose fault it was (government/Congress/previous presidents/American citizens/greedy CEOs)....LET'S FOCUS ON SOLVING THE PROBLEM. |

Does anyone expect Obama to accomplish much in 3 months? No, but he sure thinks he has solved all problems. Plus, his "accomplishments" are a great bill that is not going to be paid off by just balancing the budget or "scalpel" style cutting. Even "axe" style cutting is not going to be enough. The man ruined us. Just weight until the Reserve starts telling the Treasury to print bills to pay for our $2 trillion bill. You want blame? There's too many to list. This was the fault of people in the government from FDR who started Freddie to Barney Fwank (said in his style of speech) who accepted "donations" from Freddie and Fannie to ignore the problems. When people for-warned about the upcoming collapse, everyone either ignored them because we were riding the wave or dismissed as worry-mongers. Then of course, there's you and me, who have embraced the convenience of credit and the others who got hooked on it and made stupid decisions. So now, the 90% of us who weren't retarded have to pay for the 10% that were. This is the Democratic mentality. This also happens to be the Socialist mentality too. |
