Obama Picks Biden

McCain 08....

Let me fill you in on something, dumbass. I would be willing to bet that 70% of my neighborhood is black/hispanic, in fact two days ago I helped my (black) next door neighbor mow her yard because she was struggling to mow it due to the rain we've had recently. I guess if that kind of behavior makes me a racist then I AM ALL IN! I'M A RACIST! WOO! fucktard.
Obama doesn't have the background or the experience to run this country. He tries to talk a good talk and walk a good walk, but the bottom line is that he has two years of political experience and very little life experience. (His response to Palin becoming the Rep. VP nominee was laughable at best) If he came back in the next election as having 6 years of political experience and a little less full of himself, it very well could be a different story.
I'm dones here, I came into this thread joking around hell I even said Obama seemed like a decent guy. I guess this is going to be the Obama defense, "you didn't vote for him so you must be a racist." --**** off.

McCain talks about having experience so he picks a Vice President that only has what, 20 months as a Alaskan Governor? Hes a joke, and so are you. Him picking Palin was just a political ploy, trying to sway Hillary voters to his side.
And like i said, judging by your comments, i came to that conclusion. Never did I say that every McCain voter was a racist, "fucktard".

As far as your comments about Sarah Palin. I suggest you do some reading. She has accomplished more in her short tenure than Obama could ever have hoped to. She is without a doubt a great role model and will crush biden in approval for the VP. Hell she has a better than 80% approval rating in Alaska alone.
Have a good day Steeda. Like I said, I'm done with this thread. It is pointless to argue any point with a moron such as yourself.

Big deal, the county I live in is double the state of Alaska's population so her approval rating there doesn't mean squat in the overall picture. I don't know much about her so I'm not going to say anything negative, but I thought it was a VERY risky choice for McCain. She comes from a VERY tiny state that is politically irrelevent, she's extremely conservative, which might help McCain.
I think her youth is a big deal, and McCain went out and found the Obama of the Republican Party (rising star). With her youth she might be able to counter Obama's "change" message wither her own "change" message to counter Biden since he's been in the Senate for 35 years.
It could make things interesting, but we'll she if she can hold her own against Biden. Like Biden or not, he is extremely smart and well polished. She might be good to, but not sure if she is used to the national spotlight

Apparently she has like 4-5 kids and the youngest one that she just had earlier this year has down syndrome. This is not a knock on her, but it sounds to me like she needs to stay home and take care of her family.

Yeah, I heard about that. I laughed because of her abstinence only stance.

Palin will probably do just fine, but they can't keep saying how experienced she is because she isn't. The mayors of Los Angeles and San Jose, CA are more experienced than she is. They need to just let her focus on the issues and what she can bring to the Rep party. Then she'll be fine I think.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Do away with McCain and Obama, let the ticket read Biden/Palin '08. Now that'd be a winning ticket. On one end, you have a dedicated political veteran that really has done good things for our nation, and on the other end you've got this newer person to the political scene whose already started making a difference and someone who can relate to most all regular average Joe's/Jill's.
It'd also be cool to have a republican/democratic ticket. Best of both parties.
Screw the political parties, the right choice is bipartisan.

historically that doesn't work because that is the way it used to be. Whoever came in second became the VP but they didn't work together the pres would ignore everything the VP had to say. I beleive it was Thomas Jefferson who said that the role of VP was worthless back when that was policy

you all might have seen this. It's bad video quality but Biden asks a paralized man to stand up

I totally agree that he had no intention on doing that and he was trying to give the guy credit I would just respect biden and all politicians more if one of them in a situation like that would just say "you know what I did not mean to say that I'm terribly sorry"

lmao, that was a funny video.. I like how Steeda was pointing fingers at people about "believing everything they see on TV." Now he apparently believes what he sees on you tube?!! LOL!
It's all a bunch of bullshit, the television ads are always trying to smear each other. This is nothing new and anyone with half a brain knows that by now.
