I saw that the other guys has abandoned this thread, so here is your request done in 5min with Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. It's difficult to get the rear tire, I've had that problem on other projects. But you get the idea

 

could anyone chop my car so that it has a chin spoiler, black rocker stripes and the spoiler as flat/matte black rather than the current color?

 

Hmm, tomorrow go out and get a good, non-blurry picture of the side of the car and I shall make it look badass for you.

alright man thanks...im actually out of town at the moment tho so it'll be a few days...and i've noticed that a lot of people onhere dont like the side stripes...what gives?

 

Well, in almost all cases it just makes the cars look too busy, even on Mach 1s (points at King. lol) I recently took mine off (but left MUSTANG on the doors as you can see, probably getting rid of that too) because I wanted it to look cleaner. Side stripes break up the flow on the sides of the car too much.

Since you are wanting to paint your wing flat black, and already have a flat black hood decal, I think black wheels and window tint would be good enough as far as having more black to contrast the red.

 

that makes sense. wheels are probably a long way away for me...as im a full time student and am only getting like 12 or so hours a week at work. but anyway how much would a set of black wheels set me back, and do you think i could get anything out of the ones that are on my car atm?

Well, you could get the wheels like I have which are 17" black FR500s, 9" wide infront and 10.5" deep-dish in the back. It'd be $1,047 shipped with the tires mounted and balanced on the wheels from www.americanmuscle.com

I'd say you could probably get $150-200 for your stockers.

And there's nothing wrong with saving up for something for a long time. It took me 2 years to afford my wheels..lol

can someone put some black stripes on this and have the factory rims black? or some black bullitts, i don't have the money now but that is what i was thinkin later down the road. and i have already heard how ricey the tail lights look.

Might do that anyway, then I can give it a shot. Unfortunately I don't have Photoshop (my CS3 trial ended), but I do have Corel PSPPX2 so I can do mildly similar things.
