Needs some work but it sounds like a monster, can't wait to get it on the road.

A friend of mine back in MD has a lift in his garage next to the house...then again his dad owns and manages a porche racing team...

That's awesome man, I'm really jealous. Someone in my neighborhood has a small lift kind of thing, I guess it's more like heavy duty shelves. He's got some old corvette up there, but it's surrounded by a bunch of junk.

thanks for all the complliments guys. I got it for 7000 at a repairables place in indiana, they said they had just gotten it in so i was pretty lucky to find it. the lift certainly is sweet but it is nice to not have to pay someone to install something plus my dad uses it to wok on his vettes all the time. i have to say it was one of the biggast PITA's to assemble. A family friend who does body work is comin out tomorrow afternoon to see how much it'll cost. Thanks again and i cant wait til tomorrow! :wallbash:

Awesome man. HUGE garage and it looks so warm and cozy in there with the girl tucked away in the corner. Does the Cobra have a salvage title on?

Well we are gonna fix it up and i am gonna keep it, give my brother my v6 and move on with life! The front end is pretty bad. the left wheel was moved back about 3 inches so we'll have to replace everything connected to it as well as the whole body and core support and bumpers, radiator etc. I think the exhaust might need to be replaced as well. Any suggestions as to what type? I was thinking the Borla stingers

Well you can count on replacing that kmember too. Go with something aftermarket. Since you have a lot of front end damage, you might as well do it right with all the greatest stuff. Check out the suspention section here or goto www.maximummotorsports.com and check out what they got as far as front end suspention.

Very cool project man. Congrats. Also, COMPLETELY redo the suspension with ALL Maximum motorsports stuff like MattJ was saying. Also, get some 4.30's put in while its all apart too
