looks great man, specially that under hood pic only thing tho is those rice tail lights...i know you said dont flame, but, they're gay other than that sweet car!

 

love the car, hate the taillights lol sorry i think blacked out taillights would look 100x's better just my opinion and are those HID's i see?

Yes they are 10,000k 9007 kit , I Know the tinted lights would look good but state law on the tinted lights are strick. i mean the tails arent as ugly as most altezas are they are the original euro's and good thing for e-bay 25bucks shipped so not really a waste of money ya know

okay... here's the problem with your car (honestly)

the supercharger makes us feel like we have small penises...

the taillights make us feel like we got big hairy *****...

 

The headlights don't blind anyone. haven't got flicked once they are a 9007 bulb fitting. so they actually put light on the road the same as stock, no light scavenge. Please spare me the whole blinding thing, I also have a 92 accord turbo with a retro fit of bmw x5 projector and they are the ****, light output on the road is as comparable.

Whats the price on tinted tailights?

In my oppinion if i am quote un quote ricer because of taillights that actually look ok than i dont see why tinted tailights aren't rice. I would rather have some kind of style than to have a complete blacked out light what kind of style is that? Honestly

if your you like your tailights, thats cool, but that HID "kit" you have blinds other drivers, and that kinda ticks me off, when someone is driving and has their brights on, sees you, but doesnt turn em off and then blinds you, dont you get a little upset? thats what your doing to other people at night except you cant turn your lights down, but whatever, ignorance is bliss i guess

i dont really like the lights either, but its your car, so our opinons on your lights dont really matter. You have power to you car, so not bad at all. Actualy ive looked at them more and i do like them, goes good with the black.

And springs do some research the 10,000K dosent mean that it is so bright
actually 4300k is the brightest purest light out put, That comes standard on all oem vehicles equiped with hid's the only thing that 10,000k stands for is the color that the bulb producess it's color as far as them being in a halogen housing goes if you have ever looked at a acura tl, lexus Is or a Lincoln Navigator There is a little strip on the top of the bulb that covers the light, well that little strip my fried is for light scavaging andto keep the glare out of peoples eyes and concentrate the beam onto the road. so Again on your Part Ignorance my friend In your case has been shown

 

I know 4,300k is the brightest you can get, because 4,300 kelvin is the color temperature of the sun, BUT that has nothing to to with glare, 4,300 k is bright, but GLARES less then higher color temperatures, and just because you have a strip on top lessens glare? ha hardly if the entire housing is reflective, and you stop just a little strip up light, it doesnt do much

and the higher quality cars wih halogen housings, (which is rare, because most cars with HIDs from the factory have projectors) the halogen housing they make is DESIGNED and intended for HIDs, and the consideration of other drivers

also why are you worried about breaking the law with tints, when your headlights are illegal?

 

if i were you id see if i could round up hid foglights too because the yellow/blue combo doesnt work.

 

Illigal stop kid you lack so much knowledge car passes de dmv which is one of the toughest to pass with the hid's in the housing you really don't know that much about hid's

Something your gonna have to realize here is, if you post a picture of something people are going to give you there honest opinion. You may not like what some have to say but thats the way forums go. Not everyone is going to like everything about your car. Its personal taste. But one thing I know for sure of is in the world of Mustangs there arent certain taboo's that most hardcore stangers dont like. Like the taillights you have or neon's They just dont go, but its your car, so your the only one you have to please not others. Springs IMO was just was doing just that..giving you his opinion. Please dont take it too heart. If it seems like Im taking up for him, I prolly am. After all Im naming my car after him. "Thats how we roll".

 

 

People people people did i ask for opinions from loosers like springs? No did i bash his fake cobra no, is he a little kid yes does he have a slow car yes does he have different tails yes no one bashes me without the return if you dont like it whatever the thing is i can just swap my tails for my stock ones but common him trying to bash me for the hid's and all please. I would personally like the tinted taillights better, BUT since they're illegal in your state I can totally see why you got what you did. and I think it is a nice "different" touch, and not it doesnt look that bad. Just cuz someone has taillights, doesn't mean they are rice. Everyone's term of rice is different. I can guarantee you that some older individuals who are really big into muscle cars and etc., might think that ANY modification to appearance only, may be "rice" or what their term might be.

And I like your HID, it does help with visibility to the road. I'm not sure what you got, but I know some of the true HID kits run about 300-500 dollars. These kits are this much because they are designed for the stock headlights. I looked into these a year ago, but decided to get projectors instead. These projectors also have this distinct "line" that you mentioned to prevent the light from scattering or what not.
