Default MGW Composite shift **** and short throw shifter pics

Picked up one of the MGW composite shift ***** to go with the MGW shifter. I got tired of burning my hand after the car sat in the sun all day with the billet shift ****...

Feels a lot better and no more burned hand. I picked this one up used on Ebay for $20, but I think it would ALMOST be worth the $65 that MGW charges for them. Sorry about the pics, they were taken at night. The flash brings out all the dust and dirt that blew in when I made the mistake of leaving the windows cracked when the neighbor was cutting his grass.

BTW, if anyone's interested in a billet shift ****, I happen to have one available.

I wish you the best of luck on finding one! This was the ONLY one I've seen on there and I spent the 7 day auction period PRAYING that none of you guys would see it and bid on it. I think there's a couple of the older style MGW ***** with the Cobra emblem on Ebay now.

100000 times BETTER than the stock shifter!!! The MGW **** is a little taller than the billet one, but the throw is still shorter than stock by about a mile.

I say go for it! I know there pricey straight from MGW, but I'm sure everyone has wasted more than $65 on something or another at least once in their life...these are actullay worth the $65...

yeah man looks good, I'm glad actually i don't have a bullit shift *** for the same reason...just wonderin, have you ever tried the Steeda Tri-Ax shifter? I want a short shifter but I don't know which one is better, i've heard good things from both, and the Steeda one i can get cheaper 90 bucks plus shipping brand new...

Never tried the Steeda, but like you said, I've heard great things about both of 'em. The general consensus seems to be that either one is a vast improvement over stock so if you can pick one up and save some $$$ at the same time, I say go for it. I will say I love the MGW shifter and would recommend it to anyone!!!
