there is an older car around SE wisconsin called lilevo and he has awd and built up engine. it looks like a rust bucket POS untill he flies past you. I dont recall the time slips it had but I know its 12s or better

 

yeah, its a stock evo 1 motor, 2.0 DOHC turbo...and i tried to bark the tires going into second, but i dont think they spun...it just thew us all back into our seats...i felt sorry for my friend in the back cause there was no seats, haha.

 

yeah, my friend said that guy has like 400 to the weels and runs 11s
