Default HID Dual Heads and Fogs 8000k Cobra

Just got the fogs finally installed to match the HID Dual Heads I have had. Was a bit suprised but they make a huge difference. Just a couple pics. I would suggest doing it if your thinking about it.

Nice! But 8k??

A little too blue for me. Looks okay with the white, but the light would be a lot better with 5-6k.

And once again, HIDs in a halogen housing....This whole HID thing has really gotten out of control. No offence OP, but no matter what its only going to blind people in front of you.

And people wonder why Ford sells HID kits for a grand, but yet you can buy HID kits for 100 bucks lol.

Ha Yea the pics are rather large. My computer with all my software crashed so I dont have all my photo shop and editing software on the computer I loaded them on. Thats why I had to use image shack cause they were WAY too big for attachments and don't have the means to resize them as of now. But they aren't actually very blinding at all. I angled them down more so there isn't a lot of glare to other drivers. I was just crouched down to the level of the lighting so it was shining directly into the camera lense. I was actually going back and forth between the 6000k and 8000k but The headlights I had were already 8k so to get 6k fogs would look pretty goofy. But to each their own I guess. Im just glad that the guy that put the HID's on the car before me didnt go with a 14k or whatever the purple tint ones are.

I really like them. and jealous of the Cobra.
I have 8ks on my Motorcycle, I like them because they're not completely blue at all.
I was debating between Purple and 8k, but I'm going to go with the 8k.

I say put in some regular hids like the OP.

Then put in some LEDs close to that purple maybe and have them to be able to be switched on and off. Be a cool little custom project.

Those are regular HID's. haha
It would show up just as bright as his if I didn't turn down the brittness and aimed more at the headlights instead of above to void the brightness.

I have so many things going on for the bike this winter, not even sure where to start. Thinking of doing a dual mod. Instead of left low beam, right high beam. I'm thinking of doing both low beam and high beams, with a switch.

Dual mod FTW!! No more, "Hey bro you got a light out" lol.

Dual mod was done on my R1 day one that I first got it, and my next bike will have it as well.

Amen to the idiots who are bike dumb. Next time I should be like I don't know what to do, can you look in there and see if the bulb is still working or something. Then turn on the high beam and blind em. haha

I just came across that mod not to long ago, but from the looks of the one I was looking at, I can't use anything other than the standard lighting. I'm still not 101% positive on doing it yet. I'm thinking of making my own mod, some how making the high beam a low beam as well. The only difference between them, is the low beam has a cup so it's not a direct light. Same bulb, same watage, same wiring, everything.
I also have no use for high beam either, even though it's pretty much on 24/7. I have to many things on the list to do and still going. Once I get a job and have the money, it will start begining. Unless I end up with a Termi, then yeah might have to wait.

Depends what year it was.
The 05-06 will beat any 600 and almost 700 out there. Also the weight, suspension setup, tires, EVERYTHING I must say will make all the difference on racing a bike. I was supposed to race a 2000 something Vett, but he sold it.

What's the Termi pushing?

That's what I thought it was, the lights looked different because of the sun and the fact that it is black. I've gotta say it's sexy as hell.

I'm going to be getting a bike soon, I will rock every cc of a 250r. Before you laugh at me and tell me that the zx-6r is where it's at, the 250 is what I can afford and pay insurance on.

I don't like the newer headlights for the ZX-6R, I'll stick with mine, I love it to much! The old color makes me puke, this is just flat out sexy and I'm still not done, because I'm going ALL black or pretty close to all black. As funny as it sounds, the paint job is rattled can, but I will be getting a FULL fairing kit, gloss black.

I wont tell you where it's at, just make the best decision and do your research. I could have gotten my bike cheaper. My insurance is $103 for just liablity, I'm 22 years old and it's on a loan. I only did the loan because I wanted to gain credit, I could have paid it right out and I still can. This is my first bike and I'm ready for an upgrade, but I wont EVER give my bike up. Hopefully next is a Ducati 1198!

Interesting!
I haven't really raced anyone that I can think of right now, no one wants to try or will. Did it look like he knew how to ride?
You and the OP are making me jealous, I want a Termi so bad it's making me sick. I'm always looking for one on sale, but can't get one yet. ;/

I'm using my phone so I can't really tell, it looks good regardless. If I had my way I would get a gixxer 600.

I've done my fair share of research and I've decided on the 250r. Now all I need to do is choose a color and find one for sale, it's probably going to be black since I have a black helmet. Also it will be a 2008-newer, I can't stand the fugly older ones.

Oh okay, must be complicated using your Cell Phone. haha
They're nice, my friend had one and sold it, then got a 750.

Yeah, make sure it's something you want worth it. If I had it my way, I would have gone with a 06 completely black. I hate BLUE so much, I'm suprised I even got mine, because it came Candy Plasma Blue. That would make sense though, with the helmet. Not sure I'd like my all black (in picture on the seat) helmet with a blue bike. Didn't even realize that, my bike at the time was blue and I was wearing the blue helmet, then painted the bike black and been wearing the black helmet, odd. haha
I don't know much about the 250's, but that it's a good beginer bike for EVERYONE. I'm beyound picky on how they look and what not.

Same here, I envy his black/blue 750 so much.

I think I can get one in decent shape for 2500. I don't like the blue at all. I would only consider red or black, kawasaki green is ehhh alright. As for the helmets, they kinda have to match.
