Well for a while now I've kinda been tired of all of the black **** on my car. It was bound to happen. Really want to change it up now and was planning to get new wheels once I pay off my debt. Specifically, silver FR500s. With that'd put a regular chrome pony in my grille, and get a shaved 03/04 cobra rear bumper. And since the 03/04 cobra bumper has a matte black valence on it I was thinking of having my trunk repainted matte black whenever I actually get my paint job redone. Oh and, trade out my dark clear corners for some non-tinted ones.

That's the only problem I'm thinking of, are there any photos of mustangs with 17" silver FR500s? I can't find any. I'd like to be able to re-use my tires if possible, 18" tires are sexpensive


I already have a local buyer if I end up doing this. lol

Here's a chop I did with mustangvsix's wheels (what's your name because I hate calling you that, haha) I also brightened up my headlights to make them look more like the non-tinted ones. Oh and the pony is un-tinted. lol

 

Do that, and sell me your fr500's.

also, just an FYI, I ordered mine originally in 17's, then saw this pic I am looking for to show you, and canceled my order, and re-ordered them in 18's that day.

17's not sure if it's just me but the side wall looks huge and the rim looks small on these.

The funny things is I was thinking about getting away from the Oreo look myself. Do it. I wish I had the money for the new look that I want :/

 

I like the silver...get 18s if you don't go to the track. Tires aren't that much more.

 

Id say go 18s. I got 17s and i regret it /cry.
