very nice man, I can't believe you run with those heavy *** fr500's though, you could probably cut down another .4's just from a lighter set of wheel, not even fancy drag wheels just a stock set of 16's or 17's from a mustang.

Man that thing is going to carry the front wheels when you get it dialed in.

Yep, I'm in the same boat.. Can't even imagine how much my 17/9 FR's are hurting my time.. Trying to find a couple of 17" donuts, but they seem to be near impossible to locate.

Awesome pic man, looks like you've got a lot of weight trasfer going on, might be time to do some suspension work.

Why do ppl think 17x9 FR500s are heavy??? with the tire on it, it weighs less than a bare 17x8 stock rim. At least thats what I noticed from switching from stock rims with snow tires back and forth with the FR500s a few times. I actually dismounted one from the stockers just to see a long time ago.

It's not that they are heavy, but it is the amount of rotating mass that becomes the issue, not to mention the fact that it is a 275 tire which has more contact with the ground and creates more friction for the car to push out of.
