Default Car's progress.

First pics of the car after getting it back Friday. Repair of the damage is great, couldn't be happier. But, before you say anything, yes..it's two different whites..lol Everything that was repainted is a darker, duller shade of white than the rest of the car, he's going to repaint it for me this week to fix that. He painted it at 11pm and worked till 2 am so I can understand that mishap, he's going to take care of it for me so I'm not worried.

OEM GT foglights, tinting them today and wiring up the HIDs

Putting in the new struts, total pain in the *** because of a big inconvenience (Had to take an angle grinder to the nut on the top of the passenger side strut, nothing could get it loose...)

New front struts in with both of the isolators off of the springs, sits a bit lower now. Back is still how it was, I might leave the isolators in the back to keep that raked stance, not sure yet.

The car handles amazingly now, very stiff and controllable, couldn't be happier. Need to get it aligned soon before it goes back in for paint.

Awesome man. Glad you finally got the car back. The new stance, new hids, new filled holes all look great. Hard to tell the color difference in the pics.

agreed it looks great.. But i think its something to do with color blind people being able to notice shades of color easier. for example. my cousin is a painter, runs a shop and everything, and hes colorblind as well. If it werent for the paintcodes and workers he couldnt do it. And he does the best work around here. But i dont notice the shades being off.

The lighting has a lot to do with the color difference. Tomorrow if it's not raining I'll take some shots to show you, it's not real noticeable in the day but when it's darker it's almost night and day.

And thanks guys, I'm glad to have it back together.

looks great glad to hear everything is coming together for ya. I got one question not related to your car.....how is that floor jack in the pic working for you, i was gonna get that one from sears but all of the craftsman ones had shitty reviews like the valve was shitty and it barely clears jack stands and stuff......

Here you go you scallies. Car's filthy and it's not being detailed till after it's repainted.
