i got bored yesterday after i got home from the shore. took the old silver **** tint off and put this stuff on. It occupied time and turned out okay i guess.
I havent done the bigger side windows yet. gotta figure out how to get he panels off and clean the adhesive stuff off of the right window.

King, its 20% according to the package, but it does look really dark to me too.
This stuff isnt bad at all, just very time consuming. And we'll have to see how long it lasts. Materials only were like $25 for the back and two corner windows. And itll probably be another $12 for the two side windows.
Not bad for $40 and a few hours of time.

I used the gila window tint. got it at autozone actually. the back window was really really hard and time consuming. the corner windows are really easy though. Im probably going to bang out the two side windows today i already have made a template and cut everything out.
To get the adhesive off the windows from the previous tint I used a clay bar along with windex. It wasn't too hard to get off.

looks like you did a good job. looks really nice and professional, on the little quarter windows did you overlap the black border or stop right inside it. i heard to use copper mesh to remove the old stuff that doesnt come off with a razor but seems like that would scratch up the glass

And like I said, I used a clay bar and Windex. I love clay bar its useful in so many situations.
