Default Haven't been on here in eons...my 08 GT

Figured I would share.

The hood is in the body shop as we speak getting the ends painted. Basically there will be about a 12-14 inch center stripe exposed of cf left, should look great.

Wheels are True Forged Speed 7's (fully forged aluminum, fully polished two piece wheels). 19x10 out back (Nitto Invo 305/30/19) and 19x8.5 up front (Nitto Invo 255/35/19) www.trueforgedwheels.com
Mirrors are Agent 47 retro style mirrors
Seats are made my Katzkin (micro-suede with matching blue stitching).
Vortech V3 (self-contained head unit)
Snow Performance Stage two MAF meth kit
Full exhaust (hooker LT's wrapped, offroad H, Maganpacks)
QA-1 rear drag shocks, Sportline springs, the list goes on and on and on...

I want your car. Your car was the reason I bought mine!!!!!!!!!!

Where in hell did you get those seats, and what rims are those? And where'd you get those gorgeous mirrors?

Your car is the baddest s197 on earth.

Please tell me you take that car to shows.

Also, what kind of power does it put out?

Of course I do. Made 411 rwhp without meth, and 479 rwhp with meth at 10 psi.

I Usually love eveything about your cars Brandon, but man I hate those mirrors. And honestly, I think the other wheels looked better.

Anyway, good to see you back, you should stick around this time..

OH, PS.. How do you like the double wall tips? I'm trying to decide whether or not to go with those or just go with rolled tips..

Just gives it a little more deep of a tone, right? I have a double wall tip on the R/T and it's sounds much deeper than any that I've heard without it.

Exactly, I like it a lot. The tone produced typically sounds really good.

I have to disagree with you on that one.. The stock mirrors are probably the only thing I don't like about the S197's.. Kinda look like they were taken from an F-150 or something similar. Not only are the mirrors he bought smaller and more streamlined, but they also are painted to match the color of the car. Anyways, nice looking car 40th!

Nope, I had purchased an 07 Alloy Gray GT. Was going to buy a house, so I sold the 07. That whole thing went south, so I picked up a GT again. Needless to say, this one will stay with me for awhile.

such a gorgeous car. I must say that glass roof option is probably one of my favorite things about the new stangs. I don't recall but how much power did you black gt from back in the day put out, it was supercharged as well right?

Yes sir. 412 rwhp/406 rwtq. The glass roof became an option in 2009. The one I have is made by CDC and is aftermarket.

Is the chin spolier and rear decklid CDC as well?

Aggressive chin spolier I can tell. But the rear wing throwns me off.

Nonetheless, sick *** car. I just wish I had more money now....lol

No...it's the GT500 rear spoiler. I'm not sure how it "throws" you off, I think it flows with the front chin spoiler well.

Hey 40th.. Could you post a close up of one of the mirrors? Just curious to see where you stopped the paint, since those mirrors have a smooth exterior with no defined edges.

These are the only shots I have. I had the "pods" sprayed Vista Blue, while keeping the base black to break it up a bit. I'll get some more pictures tomorrow if you would like.
