Yes it is. That thing has to be majorly reinforced. It's even weird to look at.

******* awesome. I wanna ride in car doing a wheel stand. Would probably be like a mini roller coaster haha. There is a cop car club that drags promoting against street racing. Wonder if he's one of them.

That vert looks unreal.

haha, I read somewhere that this cop in Virginia slapped a vortech on his crown vic. You should rock that so when you pull up to somebody to pull them over, you'll have a kick as whistle coming form under the hood.

i always wanted to take a nyc yellow cab crown vic and turn it into a real sleeper. the 4.6L engines it came with had a different intake and cam, so its not too hard to re-build the engine.

Those are the same 4.6 2v just a different manifold because of the hood height. Otherwise its the same as our 2v.

The Crown Vics have the same engine. Even though the inlet/airbox are on the drivers side, the intake manifold is the same. The only difference that I know of is the presence of 2 knock sensors, which IIRC was not something that other 2v's had. That allowed cops/taxi drivers to use low octane gas. I think they may also have lower compression ratios compared to Mustangs, but I can't be sure.

Its the exact same motor just different intake manifolds. Same with the truck 4.6L motors.
