Things are coming along now as we are tying up all the loose ends. Here are the heads after a long delay. A cam will be added during the SC install which will be in 2yrs more or less.

The shop knows that 600 is my lucky number so that is what the goal is.

is that all motor or with s/c

If it is with s/c you should be able to make that easy and more

I will be in the 600 with my 2001 gt 2v

I have a novi2000 coming and then i will be forging my internals, getting 60# injectors, port and polish my heads, kb boost pump and will be in the 600 range easy.

Steen racing has a car that is 2v with novi setup, doing almost 900hp doing 9's in the 1/4mile

so with a cobra block and heads, you are set to go

Thanks but I dont know what exactly makes it look nice and many stang owners have said that they dont like that body style but for some reason mine looks real nice. I would like to know what it is so I wont mess up the formula. The only thing I will change beside hood is front bumper and I will have pics of it as soon as it becomes available.

Stevoneo,Im hoping it will do around 350 NA. Since the compression has been lowered from stock and will have stock cams until the SC cant expect much. This will be a street car with some track but the closest track is about 2hrs away so primarily street. Keeping that in mind I dont think anything more that 600 would be streetable as a matter of fact I think 450 at the wheels is a great street car. Some new cars are coming in with some big HP#'s like the Shelby,BMW Mseries etc so I needs to represent and 450 will not cut it.

Yeah its all in the eyes of the owner.

I personally am going to make mine 600-700hp

However it will still be a street car.

Tell you what, once you get the mod bug it only gets worse as time goes on.

I have spent more time about thinking what I can do to my car and research for it and install, then I do having relations with my hunnies.

Looking sweet man. Why not just have the cams installed now. Yes, theyll be blower cams, but youll still make power. Just seems easier to do it now than to wait...

That is true, however he needs to get springs as well. Most shops wont charge extra if the heads are already off.

It was $32, springstang tried to put his on but was unsuccessful. I didnt see it being hard but it does require some time. I did it in two days 4hours each since I formed it around everything, you really cant tell that its vinyl. You cant rush it or else youll make mistakes and have dirt or air bubbles in the stripe. The only problem I see if you have SS or vinyl letters in the bumper, I removed my letters.

actually putting them on was actually pretty easy with the air bubbles n stuff on, my problem was cutting them perfectly. for some reason they were just..off, which messed up the whoe thing..if I had cut them better the install would have been much easier

Yes they are easy, its with double sided tape. Just make sure you clean area well and remove all dirt and wax. I have had them on for about 4 years never fallen off.
