Sequential tail lights are standard. HID headlights are optional (again)

There's a guy I work with that has a GT 500 with a real push-start button. He's a freaking computer freak and he said that he'd help me find out how to do it for mine as well. He has both a GT 500 and an SVT Focus that's been modded into a RS that have push-start buttons without a key. I've seen it done before on a few other places I found on Google, but nothing I could buy so we'll see how it works out here in the next week or so.

I wish they'd just go ahead and put HIDs on them. It's a $500 addition on the sticker, but if you buy them separately it's almost $1000...I wanted HIDs for mine until I saw that.

I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate the rear end on the 2010's. It is so damn ugly it makes me want to punch babies. I do not like the new location of the antenna, now that I have taken the time to really look at it. I also do not like all of the tacky-*** plastic on the rear. It looks absolutely horrible and cheap.

I am definitely keeping my S197. I don't give a **** if the 2011 or 2012 has 350 horses or whatever. If I want more power, I'll just get a supercharger.

I dunno sunshine, I'm willing to bet it's going to grow on you. I used to despise the new STI/WRX hatches. Then I saw some stuff like this:

Just wait till someone throws some meats underneath and takes a straight on picture of the rear. You'll be screaming for more.

I have looked at it and looked at it and it just doesn't do anything for me. Even if someone does do something to make the 2010 better, the rear will still have that ugly bubble-ness to it. I'm not saying that my opinion may not change in the future, but it damn sure isn't going to change anytime soon. Damn thing is just ugly.

or I have seen guys just wire it up off a momentary switch from autozone. There are several right-ups on the net. Most sites will suggest wiring it up so you still need a key inserted into the car to prevent an easy theft of your vehicle. I mean if you need no key, then any crook could bash in the window press the button and off he drives with out even trying.

If they made that black plastic on the front bumper of the black car actually fiberglass and painted it might look better. but those pictures definetly sway my opinion of the wagon

no, not the only one. lol

i disagree with black sunshione though, i think the rears on the 2010's are a drastic improvement over the rear of the 05-09

Yea that's what I was talking about. His is set-up to where all he does is insert his key and then press the button. I've seen others to where they've gone WAY overboard and had the whole chipped-key thing done to where it senses the key is in the car and lets them push-start...Idk it was just something I always thought was cool to have.

If I did ever get the 2010 there'd be some MAJOR body work being done to it. I like the entire, it has its pro's and con's, but the body looks fuuugggly as hell. As for the HP, the only thing they did was take out the butterflies in it, which loses torque so it is almost pointless anyways. I still like my 08 a whole lot better, th 2010 may be the way of the future, but I sure as hell don't like it.

Maybe they'll will realize it looks like a deformed fish, or a fucked up audi.....

I haven't taken any yet. When we got the car we moved like two weeks later and I with work and trying to get situated in our house I never took any during the summer. Now it's all snow and salt here, but I've been trying to catch it on an okay day so I can get some pictures.

I have some pictures of her.....but I'm in there as well....and I'd rather not show them lol.

I am sure I'll get somewhat used to them in time, but I am not liking it yet. The interior is cool, except for the rectangular vents. I think the 05-09 looks better, and more retro. The *** end looks like an old Celica or something.

I can look at the 05-09's, and see some 65-66, some 67-68, some 69-70, and even a little 4th generation 71-73. The 2010 looks like an import. I'd gladly take one, and i'm sure it will eventually grow on me, but right now, it's blah...However, one thing I do think is cool is how the body line kicks up slightly just behind the door. Thats a nice touch.

+1. I'd paint all the plastic trimming (the skirts, the bottom of the rear, the bottom of the front) to match the color of the car for starters. That one baby blue drifting (sponsored by Falken Tires) mustang had them painted it looked pretty good actually. I can't find any pictures of it, but it was on the reveal special awhile back.

Well after some searching I was able to find the pictures I was talking about. Vaughn Gittin's new Stang. A lot of the plastic **** is painted and makes the car look a hell of a lot better, first thing I'd do if I was to ever get one.

The 05-09 definatly looked like the 64-69 stangs, this new one looks like they are taking more influence off the 70's stang with the headlights and those little bars, they just got it bass ackwards

I gotta go with sunshine on this. I can't stand the *** end, and the front end reminds me of the challenger. I despise the plastic molding. It looks cheap and tacky on a muscle car. I'll be keeping my 07 and adding the horsepower as I see fit. I would rather go a little slower than look like ****.

I like it, but I think it would look 200 times better with some different rims. The rims IMO are hideous. Throw some sweet looking deep dishes on there and I bet it's going to look damn sexy.
