Piece by piece and then you create an assembly and put it together piece by piece. In the drawing there is atleast 12+ parts that i created seperate

hmm...I don't think I've tried that. I play around with 3ds max every now and then. I might have to give that a shot.

you may want to try Solid Works or Pro E haven't had experience with them but there all very similar. Apparently Pro E is pretty powerful.

I've heard of it. I haven't had the time to try and get it though. It took me 18 hours to get 3ds max on my computer, yet alone install time on vista.

Looks like a nice start bud! Rendering is a bitch, it's difficult to really get the hang of..

Try using 3ds Max Pro.. Wanna talk about a ******* difficult program?

These are a couple of renderings from a few years ago when I was designing cars for Nascar Racing 2003..

Rendering is pretty easy, I think. I used to do the NR2003 thing, and I've never had a problem rendering. The only thing that ever took time was just the designs. Granted I used other peoples render scenes...I'm not patient enough to build my own scenes. Lately (even though I don't play the game much anymore) I've been working on developing a model for the ARCA Sim Racing game...The owners have one model, and it bothers the hell out of me that they're not releasing it to the public. So I'm doing everything I can to get a functioning model...so far no luck. They're painting templates are way too complicated for me to map onto the model
