I tried to snowboard once and I couldn't even stay upright for 10 feet! I bow down to your skill. I can ski very well, but strap both my feet onto one board and I eat the snow often.

oh, so you meant first time this season. lol, I was gonna say man...

this is also my 4th year, I went up yesterday. there were 3-4 runs from top of the mountain to the bottom. got a lot of riding in yesterday, me and my buddy just bombed the **** out of every run, I mean stupid fast bombing. He's real good at park stuff, he did a steezy 270 on to a box and 180'd off, looked awesome. I'm not into the park at all, to much risk, I wouldn't want to be out for a whole season because of one rail or whatever. It's fun to watch though.

and keep at it maniac, the average person takes about 3 days to even be able to link turns and go down the mountains. get an instructor, once you can link turns, it's all down hill from there.

I'll let you all take all my snowboard runs, I'll stick with skiing. Like you said, I'd rather go all season then crash and burn on the first run.

40 runs? lol? were the runs like 20 ft long with instant teleportation to the top?

On a good day at keystone I'll get 15 MAX and thats a solid 6-7 hours of straight snowboarding.

I dig the jacket by the way. Who makes it?

i ride about 4-5 times a week so wax does not hold up for me.

i should wax it more but im to lazy and as fast as i go, i have no need for the wax once im up on the rail.

once a year i have my board resurfaced and i get it waxed tho.

I was planning on learning how to board this winter but then for whatever reason I got my wisdom teeth pulled a week ago today and two impacted molars too, so I think that whole plan got screwed...

One of my impacted molars was stuck in my sinus cavity, so breathing is a little different now. I'm supposed to wait 3 weeks for that to heal up, and by then I'll about to be leaving state for the holiday. After I get back to state on the 28th, I've only got a week until I move to Wyoming for college...so yeah
