Well my friend gave me his old 4th gen 20gb Ipod when he got his new one. I've seen using it since June and it's been good, but it finally died. Got the face. Tried the whole 'shake and bang' fix routine but no avail, even took it apart. So, I'm concluding it's toast.


So I'm going to do what every rational, sane, logical, college educated individual would do in this situation.









I'm going to take some guns, ammo, the ipod, and some friends; go out to the middle of bumfuck nowhere Alabama and unleash lead fury on it. A fitting burial IMO. Oh yes, there will be pics. So long ipod!

Trying to arrange it to happen Sunday after thanksgiving, my friend's dad has a blueberry farm with a lot of land out in the middle of no where. It'd be perfect. And another friend also has a dead ipod so we may be killing 2 of them.

The guns that will be used on it/them:
- Ruger 10/22
- M1 Carbine
- M24/47 Mauser
- M1 Garand
- AK47 (if I'm able to buy one at the gunshow this weekend)

Have you ever seen an iPod? You can't get battery replacements. To fix them you have two options, send it to their warehouse and see if they can fix it for something like $80 or take it to an apple store and see if they're willing to replace it.

 

It's not the battery, it starts up but the hard drive is fucked. Replacement hard drives are $80. I can just buy a used ipod for that much.

I'll video tape if it I can find a good vid cam.

 

It'll be like "Will it Blend?", but with bullets.
