Talking Wingless pics

Got the pushpins from lowes and painted them with some touch up paint, and took my wing off..what do you think?? They are less noticable than the pins being black...but some day I will eventually get a v6 decklid ....enjoy

I dont like it at all. I saw a bullit today in the parking lot and who ever owned it put a wing (stock) on it and it looked alot better! Mustangs dont look right without wings, it looks to euro but thats just my opinion, if you like it dont look back!!

The push pins are 5/16 for the front and 3/8 for the rear ones. They are made by Hillman and are located in the hardware section. They're about 2 bucks total. Here are the pics of them.

You guys got any pictures of the pushpins before installation, and then after on the car? I might go wingless if it doesnt stick out.

Default Here ya go...

I went "wingless" today using the plugs/pushpins/whatever you wanna call 'em, some primer, touch-up paint and clearcoat. The "pins" dont show as bad as I thought they would, but they ARE noticeable. The bad part is the deck lid has four little "dimples" around each of the spoiler mount holes. But for less than 5 bucks, I really cant complain. Sorry for the dark pictures, but by the time everything was dry and installed, it was dark out. Lemme know what you think.

Here's some more pics taken with some sunlight (and she's had her bath!!!). I bought two sets of the plugs and I'm working on sanding the second set down flatter to see if I can get it to not show up as much.
