I almost got one a while back in black. Great choice and I love the color just needs to be lowered and some nice wheels.

Thanks man! It was seriously like $10/ month increase or something small like that. My V6 didn't have Traction Control or ABS and the cobra does. I am paying 125/month full coverage, 500 deductible on the Cobra, of course I am on my parents plan, but still it was minimal change from the V6.

funny enough I am with allstate, we have our house with them, all of our cars, and I have a good grades student discount, so all in all it means I can afford a cobra

Ok I was at the beach for the past 9 days, and I come back to see this. I'm jealous

Amazingly clean cobra, lucky bastard. Need to get a light bar and some springs and FR500s and what not, but that's damn nice. Hopefully you don't do any performance work to it so I can say my V6 will be faster after I get an S/C...lol

Congrats man

but then you have to watch that it doesnt touch the frame. spacers fix that problem...and its $15 for 2 bolts. id rather grind that bolt. its cheaper and does the same thing. lol

True Blue FTMFW
+1 on the picking up greens and purples in some lights, get asked if it is mystic from time to time...
I find it hard to split with the 01 cobra rims... they are so nice and shiney...
Nice car man, I am just not a convertible guy myself, and I say that having driven my brothers 400+hp 01 vert several times, but from that I can tell you a rollbar (from CDC perhaps) does wonders for the appearance with the top down.
Also lower it, I should be getting my springs tommoro morning, they were scheduled for today... but there was 'an exception'

dang purestang you are paying nothing for insurance and I didn't think mine was that bad.

yeah true blue rocks! and a cdc light bar as well as 2 piece tonneau cover are in order.

edit:
Update!! The license plate bracket is gone, and boy oh boy does it look good. Now to just find some proper fitting plugs and I will be in business.
