So I am doing a little engine bay dress-up. Heres what came.
Some polished valve covers and a chrome alternator.


They should dress up the engine bay a little.

I might add some paint to the covers. Sorry, I'm not PS skilled. Here's my MS Paint skills. Any thoughts on the painted covers vs as they are?

 

ide say leave it nice and chromey lookin. your car doesnt have many red accents does it? if not the red is kinda just out there on its own. i think u should leave it silver and all just nice and shiney under the hood. the products look amazing as they are.

 

definately just leave them silver, at most do black since black can fit in with the rest of the engine bay, but the red will look tacky.
It's going to look great btw!

 

stay away from red, get black if any thing.

 

Thanks fellas. I think I will go for black accents.

The red will be on its own for a little while but I did plan on adding more red accents. The only red I have are the supercharged emblems on the side of the car.

+1 Gonna be a looong time before i touch my engine bay, oh well. All in due time! post some pics when installed i wanna see nothing but CHROME!!!

 

Im installing MM Chrome Caster camber plates, the valve covers, the chrome alternator, and a Moroso polished expansion tank tomorrow. I'll post up pics when its all in. Thanks for all the positive comments
