FUNNY, I forget how many new members we have here who don't remember anything about me.

I am an advisor to the White House.

 

OK....truth be known....the photo was taken in October, 2005. My wife and I were invited by the White House to meet with the President in recognition for our work with childhood cancer.

 

Thats awesome! How many people can say they shook the presidents hand? Not many. haha.

 

well i cant say i shook the presidents hand....but the president shook my hand. lol jk guys

blake, its real cool that you did something that was recognized by the president. im proud to know that i know someone how has helped more than just themselves and is dedicated to something great.

 

my grandmother has a picture of her shacking his hand, but he wasn't the president then... but still a darn good governor just like he is a darn good president.

 

This is a pic from last July while I was on leave from Iraq.

 

Thanks man....it means a lot. Despite what anyone thinks of politics, it was a cool experience. It was very rewarding.

haha, the one that looks like he should be driving a foxbody...

that was an interesting night... which led to an interesting few months. that left me with a few good stories.

 

I loved those nights.

They don't happen to much anymore for me, since I've married and had a son, but those two things have led to alot more interesting times and several good stories as well.
