saw one the other day that looked like a 4x4 but the tires where lower profile had 22's on it. What syndrome is that? cause that isn't rice

Theres someone around here in Bithlow thats has a old Fox body 5.0 like that. What a silly thing to do to a car, all that work for some attention.
