no no, its not the pic...Gaymaros are UGLY!!!! I hate the way they look. always have. seems to be a standard with GM...they consistently produce some the ugliest cars in the world.

They haven't made a good looking camaro for a long time. The gen 2 cars was the best.After 73' they suck.

I'd rather have a slower, but better looking car...like a Mustang.

Yeah i'd rather have the better looking car. But yeah his z28 is a 2000, with like 105k on it. He has intake, cheap flows, 3.73 gears. We raced a stop light race and i owned him off the launch, but he got me in 3rd gear. I kept up though. I think 4.10 gears are the only thing it'd take to get me to beat him in a similar race.

. I don't particularly care for Camaro apperance either, but they do look way better than the fake scoop cladded 90's and early 00's mutant-tangs -
!!! As for retro designs, I even hate the idea that GM is going that route. Guess it just goes to show that selling bookoos of cars, not performance, is the automakers main effort.

speaking of camaros i was bored one day, and saw somewhere that they look kind like catfish... and i found a couple pictures and i was right look

But I like my fake hood scoop! lol... While the motor in your car may be a beast I can't help but remember the late 80s early 90s camaros and firebirds (third gen?) Those 5.0's like your girlfriend's were spanking them all over the place. lol... 
I owned an 88 camaro and a 91 firebird both 305's and they were both embarassing slow. hehe.. Back in high school the tuned port 350s werent even able to beat a 5.0 to my recollection.

awesome! That will be a great race! I never owned a tuned port car. Mine were both the throttle bodied 305 which sucked. I did however drive a lot of them. My cousin who was/is a dealer had this thing for them and bought every one he saw up. I worked for him for a while and did some detailing and mechanical work on them and what not. My 91 firebird was cool. I put over 100K miles on that car and the only thing I ever did to it was change tires, brakes, battery, and head and intake gaskets. It was a good car. I had GTA wheels 245 50's up front and 265 50's in the back. It wasn't fast at all but the cops always seemed to give me trouble when I drove it for some reason. Here's an old pic

LOL @ Zig actually commenting on GM for having more annoying little issues than a Mustang.
Driven both? If so, you'd realize that yes, even the Mustang has annoying little bs problems. They arent THAT bad, you can admit it
Nice cars, I dont prefer the Camaro unless its an SS, but the T/a's are delicious. And you just cant beat third gear in this car....

I have friends going ga-ga over this car.
Including one friend who has a ~1991 camaro with fresh paint that looks mint but still runs like crap.
My general impression is it will not save chebby in the muscle car war.
