Default Black GT- Tinted tail lights?

Does anyone have a picture of a 2000-2004 black gt with tinted tail lights? I can't seem to find any and I was wondering what it looks like. I might want to do it.

Thanks

You almost had it right. "Vinyls" . Anyway. What is wrong with bright red taillights anyway. Geez I saw a stang hit his brakes (with tinted tails) on a sunny day and he had people all over him trying to stop. Hard to see brake lights IMHO. But I've also had ******** almost rearend me with no tint, cause you can't fix stupid drivers..

well.... the tails are illegal too
but... not as strictly inforced as headlights. Blackedout headlights are also dangerous to drive with at night... and unlike the GTS plastic covers, you cant remove them for night driving. Personally I dont like how they look anyhow =D
The 01+ headlights are dark enough with the black housing anyhow.

either way, i have never been bothered about it.

Its one of those "anti ricer laws" that really just gives cops the escuse to pull over dumbshit F&F kids in souped up cars.

if the cops see your hat isnt on sideways and yer over 16 years old the usually wont bother you for it, but they might add it as a violation if you get a speeding ticket.

EDIT: In Lances case they see him driving the cobra and pull him over thinking he must have gotten confused and lost from the old folks home.

hahahahahha
will do.

in my mustang i drove around with an SLP loudmouth w/ no cats, really dark tinted tails, drag radials with almost no tread, and no front plate in a front plate state....and all 3 times i got pulled over, none of these were brought to my attention....like slappy said...theyre just anti ricer/douchebag laws

Here's my old V6 with black outs from auto badges. The only real gripe about these is that you get three strips of vinyl for each taillight and they don't fit exactly on the lens so if someone were to look really close, they could see the edges of the thick vinyl so as to not really make them show worthy... I will concede however that this is the best solution short of actually having the lenses smoked (which is in my opinion the best way to do this, but it's irreversible. The Autobadges vinyl can just come right off before selling your car.)...

Anyway, here's a few pics...

I have the blackout vinyls on mine however my car is redfire not black. I really like them they fit well and were easy to put on.

I just wish someone would make a good set of smoked tail lights for our cars instead of the crappy altezza looking ones.
