You just have to know what to eat when out on the road. My weight in 3 months hasn't really gone up. Still trying to lose the 15 pounds I gained working at the race track this past year.
I have one (actually, we have 7) unfortunately, my company allows no pets. Sucks too cause my German Shep would be AWESOME in the truck with me.

 

What happens if you stumble upon a hot hitchhiker though...
