I'm going to agree. Hood looks sick and the roush front and cobra rear too. Personally I'd love to have the cash to copy that same setup, just in a tasty DSG. If you're going to hate on stangs, just make sure they come with a side order of rice. Otherwise who gives a damn. There are a lot of our cars on the road and anything that tastefully sets them apart from the pack I give props to. Everything in these cars is nonfunctional, that's why we keep having to mod them!

And yes, nonfunctional hood scoops do add 30hp...its in the Bible.

I love your car man and like I said before I emailed you last year about your hood before either one of us were on these boards.

And I really don't see a problem with being a poser since the back bumber doesn't even say Cobra on it lol. I am surprised nobody said that. If it said Cobra, then hell yes you would be a poser, or if you put Roush badges all over it. Hell I have a Roush front and a Cobra R hood. I don't care. I love it because I made it what it is, not what someone else wanted it to be. Keep up the good work on the car.

I think your hood is different. I remember seeing it somewhere else, I dunno which forum but it was posted up (your car I believe). Not everyone is going to like everything people do to cars. I think the hood is pretty cool. The Roush front, man you can't beat it. I'm thrilled with mine and I didn't even have it painted yet lol I just installed it.

 

Im diggin the hood and everything, but i have one question. On the scoop is it molded into the hood?? I was just wondering cuz in the pic it looks like there is a slight line where the scoop was added onto the hood??

No, the scoop is just bolted down in the valley like it is on a stock hood. And thanks man

 

I think that hoood looks good its nice and tall and with the scoop it compliments nice with the roush front bumper.

that one made me laugh cause sooooooooo many cars have bullitt parts now. Im not saying that i dont agree with adding diffrent parts to your car though. Make your car how you want it. I mean i had a V6 with a Gt Hood, Side Scoops, Cobra Wheels nad all that good stuff, i dont think it is posing, i think it is improving a relativly stock looking car to make it unique. And this has got to be the most rediculius fight i have seen in a long time....over a SICCCCCC looking hood. I love the hood man and the car is extremly sexy keep up the good work.
