but they are just as quickly runniong the american companies down..and many will probably be lost if things keep on going the way they are. Also money in an american car circulates back into OUR economy rather than some other country...

Def. a nice fuel economy ride! I would of gotten the SI, seeing more power and little more luxury and styling. Some people always bad mouth an import...but there are plenty of imports out there with "fart-cans" that will rip him to peices! If I were to get a Skyline or Supra, would you talk bad about that? I'de hope not seeing either will mop you and your yellow GT-"Cobra" any day. With gas prices these days....i'll drive an import to and from work anyway to save some money to do more work to my stang.

The rims dont look too bad, i'de try and get a set of the RSX type-S rims and throw on it, they would look clean. Also put some Tein S-tech springs to lower it a bit and call it a day.

why dont you do a brake upgrade when you actually need the brakes?
lol

Your car is brand new, you dont need a brake service for 25,000 miles.

Dont waste ur money on this car. Its not worth modding, i thought u needed to save on gas anyway ur spending more on mods than u would on gas in years

I hate to tell ya its not Toyota, Honda, Nissan, or the American publics fault that Ford, GM, and to some extent Dodge are losing market share. The majority of cars sold by the foreign companies are your typical fwd family sedan or coupes, such as civics, accords, camrys, altimas, etc.

Until the fusion there were ZERO domestic sedans that where a better value than their foregin competition. They where similarly priced, better built, better looking, had better fit and finish, and held their value better.

Also it is somewhat of a misconception that all of the money goes back to Japan or wherever the country of origin is. There are share holders all over the world that are getting the money, not just Japan. If I had some Toyota stock I would be getting money with the increased value of my shares. Sure most of the higher up white collar guys are based in the home country, but there is a helluva lot of engineering, hourly, maintenance, and salary employees for Honda, Toyota, BMW, Hyundai, etc in the USA

At the same time that GM, Ford, Delphi, etc are all moving operations to Mexico, foreign companies are investing money and building plants in the US, which gives American workers jobs, they lost when their GM plant shut down.

So maybe you should look and see who is really helping or hurting the US economy.

you hit it dead on...

actually i was watchin a show not to long ago that talked about how your foreign cars are not really foreign...they are made right in the us...its just a foreign company

good job darkshadow!

I am a vote for no new rims,, keep her stock, keep it all stock.
As for the rims, dont like them... i like the KZ-A on the same page, same price, better looking. Or 5Zigen 5ZHR in hyper 0_^

why are you gonna drop money on a granny grocery getter?

You really can't be serious...

pay off the ****in car... and trade it in and go buy a mustang...

Those are your plans, aren't they?????????

So why waste the money... the car's value is gonna drop so the last thing you need to do is blow off money on the thing...

You really need to start planning a bit further in advance...

trade the mustand, get a civic for some MYSPACE Fat Bitch = bad idea

drop a ton off money into the civic so when you sell it in 4 years yer down 2 grand = bad idea taken 1 level up...

How about this!

Take care off your car... leave it stock... save money on gas... sell it in a few years... buy a mustang 6 times nicer then your last = good long term idea

Think about what yer doing... don't **** away money... If ya really want to **** away $$ then send me some and I'll help ya...

Dude, EVERYONE wants to modify a car when they get it, no matter what it is. That's what being a gearhead really is. Mod it just don't sink a sh*tload of money into it unless you're gonna be happy with it.
