Isn't "that" type of hoosier tire mainly used for auto x?

looks slow...so what is the difference between that brake fluid and regular brake fluid?

When brake fluid heats up (approaches boiling point), your brakes begin to fade. Hi-Temp fluid allows the temps to get much higher reducing brake fade.
